New builds: From investments in new build properties to funding development exits, we can support your clients with newly built properties.

Ex-local authority properties: Our bridging loans extend to ex-local authority properties, broadening potential investment opportunities.
What is the difference between Regulated and Unregulated Bridging Loans?
Unregulated residential bridging loans are available for properties that serve as investments, rather than as the borrower’s primary residence. At KSEYE, we specialise in unregulated bridging loans.
Regulated bridging loans are tailored to borrowers who intend to occupy the property as their primary place of residence. We are unable to offer regulated bridging loans.
Who is eligible for a Residential Bridging Loan?
Our residential bridging loans offer financial solutions to a diverse range of borrowers.
Companies and individual borrowers: Residential bridging loans meet the needs of both companies and individuals, including investors, developers, business owners and more.
Offshore structures and non-UK residents: Our residential bridging loans are available to non-UK residents and offshore limited companies, as long as the property they want to secure the loan against is based in England & Wales.
Property location: Our residential bridging loans can be secured against properties located in England and Wales.
Applicants with imperfect credit histories: We consider applicants with adverse credit issues. Our underwriting process considers an applicant’s credit profile, with loan approval subject to underwriter and credit assessment. This approach allows us to lend responsibly while providing funding opportunities to a wider range of borrowers.
