Our Journey

  1. New Product Launch
  2. Hybrid BTL Product Launch
  3. KSEYE launches its new software.
  4. KSEYE’s new loan originations reach £200m (cumulatively).
  5. Second institutional funding line secured by KSEYE, with a UK bank.
  6. KSEYE moves into its new, fully refurbished office premises.
  7. KSEYE’s new loan originations reach £100m (cumulatively).
  8. KSEYE completed the acquisition of its new office premises, in Swiss Cottage, London.
  9. First institutional funding line secured by KSEYE, by way of a bond facility with an EU fund. Bonds listed on The International Stock Exchange.
  10. KSEYE Group of companies incorporated, with a view to further expansion.
  11. Demand for alternative, short-term finance solutions became so high that the directors sold off the brokering and advisory business to allow them to focus solely on bridge lending.
  12. KSEYE directors established a successful mortgage brokering and property advisory company. Following the “credit-crunch”, mainstream lenders were not providing funding quickly enough, or at all, therefore the Directors began to arrange short-term bridging finance solutions.
