My role at KSEYE is incredibly varied, which means no two days are ever the same. I oversee our panel of external solicitors on lending transactions, as well as our internal legal team and the more challenging cases from the servicing team. Before any loan can proceed to completion, either myself or another member of the legal team will need to review the underwriting file and the legal pack to make sure everything is in order – all in bridging time scales! As the Legal Director, I am also responsible for dealing with compliance matters (e.g. AML, data protection, policy drafting etc) and the requirements of our various funding lines. 

I joined KSEYE back in 2015, after acting for the company on lending transactions whilst in private practice – I was employee no.4 so I’ve had the pleasure of being part of the company’s growth and success over the years. There is a lot more still to come and I’m very excited to see the directors’ plans for continued growth come to fruition.
