KSEYE offers short-term bespoke bridging loans for property investors and landlords within England & Wales.

We have been specialising in property finance since 2012. For bridging loans, we have lent over £750m to our borrowers to date. Our mission is to transform the property market for our intermediaries and clients, so they can access funds in a fast and flexible way.

We don’t adopt the ‘one size fits all’ approach that so many other lenders use. Instead, we take a practical ‘common sense’ approach to underwriting. This means we can structure loans and mortgages to best suit your circumstances.

As a business, we have created a new property investment opportunity for the everyday lender, helping property investors obtain financial profits offered by the robust buy-to-let property market.

Apr 2017New Office Acquisition KSEYE completed the acquisition of its new office premises, in Swiss Cottage, London.
Jul 2016KSEYE Issues Listed Bonds First institutional funding line secured by KSEYE, by way of a bond facility with an EU fund. Bonds listed on The International Stock Exchange.
Apr 2016KSEYE Group Formation KSEYE Group of companies incorporated, with a view to further expansion.
Jan 2012Bridge Lending Focus Demand for alternative, short-term finance solutions became so high that the directors sold off the brokering and advisory business to allow them to focus solely on bridge lending.
Jan 2008KSEYE Background KSEYE directors established a successful mortgage brokering and property advisory company. Following the “credit-crunch”, mainstream lenders were not providing funding quickly enough, or at all, therefore the Directors began to arrange short-term bridging finance solutions.
