Nikes Khagram

Nikes Khagram is a founding partner and Managing Director of KSEYE.

He graduated from City University of London with a BSc in Mathematical Science with Finance and Economics. Following university, Nikes started a property consultancy company, advising on mortgages, property sales, management, sourcing, and associated legal aspects.

In 2006, Nikes and his brother Jitendra founded a mortgage brokerage and property development company. Following the “credit crunch”, they identified a gap in the market for short-term bridging finance, leading to the creation of KSEYE. By 2012, the demand for short-term finance was so high that the brothers focused solely on growing KSEYE into a key lender in the UK bridging market.

With a constant desire to make KSEYE a leader in the market, Nikes remains at the forefront of technology with investment in both systems and colleagues.
